The AGMEP Certificate Issuance Platform is a centralized digital solution developed and managed by the American Group for Managing Educational Projects (AGMEP) to support the secure issuance and management of trainee certificates across its affiliated accreditation bodies.

Rather than operating separate systems for each accreditation body, the platform provides one unified environment where authorized users can issue certificates, manage certificate records, and access certificate services through a secure and standardized digital infrastructure.

The platform promotes consistency, operational efficiency, and reliable digital record management while supporting multiple accreditation bodies, certificate categories, and approved training programs within a single integrated system.

Platform Access

Secure Access for Authorized Users

Access to the AGMEP Certificate Issuance Platform is restricted to organizations and individuals who have received official accreditation or authorization from one of the accreditation bodies affiliated with the American Group for Managing Educational Projects (AGMEP).

Eligible users include accredited organizations, accredited training providers, accredited trainers, certificate administrators, and other authorized personnel responsible for certificate issuance.

User Accounts

The platform provides two account types to support different operational responsibilities.

Administrator (Admin)

The Administrator account provides full platform access and is responsible for managing certificate issuance activities, user accounts, and certificate records.

User

The User account is intended for personnel who participate in certificate issuance activities under the permissions assigned by the Administrator.

Each accredited organization, accredited training provider, or accredited trainer may request:

One Administrator (Admin) account.
Up to three User accounts.

Account Activation

After account creation, the platform automatically sends an activation email from:

The activation email contains the instructions required to create a password and activate the account.

Platform Login

Authorized users can access the Certificate Issuance Platform through the official portal:

cert.agmep.group

Users sign in using their registered email address and chosen password after completing the account activation process.

Accreditation Body Selection

Users authorized to work with more than one AGMEP-affiliated accreditation body can select the appropriate accreditation body after signing in.

Once selected, the platform automatically displays the corresponding authorized certificate categories, approved training programs, and services available under that accreditation body.

Certificate Issuance User Guide

Step-by-Step Certificate Issuance

The Certificate Issuance User Guide explains each stage of the certificate request process, following the same workflow used within the platform.

Select the certificate type, country, client, and approved Institution Program before proceeding with the certificate request.

If the required Institution Program is not available, do not continue with the request. Contact the support team through Live Chat or [email protected], or submit your organization’s training programs for review and approval before certificate issuance.

Enter the trainee information for the certificate request.

The platform supports:

Individual certificate requests.
Multiple trainees within the same training program.
Bulk import using a file when all trainees belong to the same training program, with the same training dates and same training duration.

Optional information, such as trainee email address or grade, may also be added when applicable.

Complete the training information required for the certificate request, including:

Training Duration (Start Date – End Date)
Issued Date
Course Hours (when applicable)

If applicable, specify the training provider or instructor responsible for delivering the training program.

Review all information carefully, then submit the certificate request for administrative review and certificate issuance.
